Course Description
Prepare to Win the Listing – This course covers how to prepare for a listing presentation. In this class, participants will learn how to prepare for the interview with the seller and explore strategies to standout from your competition by managing the conversation, establishing expectations, promoting your value proposition, and winning the listing.
Geo-Farming to Grow Your Business – This class will help real estate professionals learn how to focus their marketing efforts on specific geographic areas, expand their sphere of influence, and grow their business. Agents will learn how to determine a suitable area to prospect, and brainstorm on a marketing plan to cultivate and harvest their new farm.
