A comparative market analysis is a lot like a giant jigsaw puzzle. Each piece represents a different market element you need to consider in determining the value of a property. This course will offer agents a thorough understanding of how to better estimate the value of a property in our market. You will learn about pricing strategy, features to consider, adjustments, and how to examine the competition. You will be able to take the information learned and make your sellers’ list prices more accurate and your buyers’ offers more competitive.
